What is Zip?
Zip allows you to split nearly any purchase into 4 installments over 6 weeks, making it easier to budget your purchases from Jersey World Pro.
What information does Zip ask for?
To create a Zip account, you will need to provide:
- Legal name
- Address
- Date of birth
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- A US mobile number
- A US debit or credit card
Note: Zip requires a mobile phone number and text message verification to log in, instead of a traditional username and password.
Who can use Zip?
To use Zip at Jersey World Pro, you must:
- Live in the US
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid and verifiable US mobile number
- Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase
- Have a Social Security Number
- Have a valid US mailing address (PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and AE PO addresses are not accepted)
How do I sign up?
Simply select Zip as your payment method at checkout on Jersey World Pro. This will start the account creation process.
Is there a service fee for using Zip?
Customers may be charged an installment fee and late fees, if applicable. For more details on finance charges, please check out Zip’s Help Center.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can spend with Zip?
The spending limit with Zip varies depending on the merchant and your account history.
How can I check my Zip order or account information?
You can manage your orders, change payment dates, and make payments using the Zip app or the Zip Customer Portal.
Payments
When is my first payment due?
The first payment is due at the time of purchase on Jersey World Pro. The remaining payments will be billed automatically according to your payment schedule.
Will I be notified before I am charged for a payment?
Yes, Zip sends reminders three days and one day before each payment is due, via SMS and email. You can also check payment due dates in the Zip app.
Can I make payments early?
Yes, you can make early payments by logging into the Zip app or Customer Portal, selecting the orders tab, and choosing the payment you want to pay off early.
Can I have multiple payments/orders at once with Zip?
Yes, you can have multiple orders and manage them all through the Zip app or Customer Portal.
What if I have trouble paying?
If you are having difficulty with a payment, you can request a payment date change through Zip’s Help Center. Please note that late fees may apply if your payment method becomes invalid or cannot be processed.
How do I update my payment method (including existing orders)?
Your initial payment method will be charged for all scheduled payments. To update your payment method for future payments, visit the Zip app or Customer Portal.
Refunds
How do returns, refunds, and partial refunds work?
If you need to return an item purchased from Jersey World Pro, please follow our Return and Refund Policy. Once the return is processed by our team, Zip will cancel all future payments.
In the event of a partial refund, Zip will adjust your payment schedule accordingly, reducing or canceling scheduled payments first, and then refunding paid installments to your original payment method.

Disclosures
- For example, for a $335 purchase, you’d make four $85.25 payments every two weeks, with a 31.11% annual percentage rate, totaling $341. A $6 installment fee is charged at checkout. Actual fees may vary depending on the purchase price and Zip product used.
- Loans and financing are issued by WebBank and subject to credit approval.
- To avoid late fees, please ensure your payment method is up-to-date in the Zip app.
